My indicator is not loading on TradingView +
Go to TradingView → Indicators → My Scripts tab. Make sure you are logged in with the same TradingView username you used during checkout. If it's still missing, open a ticket with category 'Indicator Problem'.
I didn't receive my purchase confirmation email +
Check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from noreply@signalindicator.com. If nothing is there, submit a ticket with your order email and we'll resend it manually.
How do I get a refund? +
We offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase for technical issues. Submit a ticket under 'Billing & Payments' and our team will process it within 24 hours.
My signals are repainting +
Our indicators are non-repainting by design. If you're seeing this, it may be a TradingView chart display issue. Try refreshing, clearing cache, or changing the bar replay. Submit a ticket if the issue persists.
