Signal Indicator ("we," "us," or "our") operates signalindicator.com and provides TradingView Pine Script indicators as digital subscription products. For any privacy enquiries, contact us at support@signalindicator.com.
02Information We Collect
- Account information — your email address and password (stored as a one-way hash; we never store plain-text passwords).
- Checkout information — name, email address, and TradingView username collected when you place an order. Guest orders store these details against the order record.
- Payment information — we do not store card details. Card payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record) and crypto payments by OxaPay. Each provider processes and stores payment data under their own privacy policy.
- Order & subscription records — purchase history, subscription status, and TradingView username snapshots are retained to enable indicator access and support your account.
- Technical data — standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically when you use the site.
03How We Use Your Information
- To process your order and grant access to purchased indicators on TradingView.
- To manage your account, subscriptions, and billing renewals.
- To respond to support requests and service enquiries.
- To send transactional emails related to your purchase (order confirmation, access details).
- To prevent fraud and ensure the security of our platform.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails without your explicit consent.
04Third-Party Services
- Lemon Squeezy — our payment processor and merchant of record for card and subscription payments. Lemon Squeezy handles tax compliance globally. Their privacy policy is available at lemonsqueezy.com.
- OxaPay — our crypto payment gateway. OxaPay processes cryptocurrency transactions. Their privacy policy is available at oxapay.com.
- TradingView— we submit your TradingView username to grant invite-only script access. TradingView's own privacy policy governs their use of your data.
06Data Retention
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
07Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
