—Overview
All products sold by Signal Indicator are digital goods— TradingView Pine Script indicators delivered as invite-only script access. Because digital products are accessible immediately after purchase and cannot be "returned," we operate a limited refund policy as described below.
01Subscriptions
- Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — we do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
- Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once in the same billing cycle due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Renewal after cancellation — if you were charged after cancelling and can demonstrate the cancellation was confirmed, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.
02One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases — including indicator lifetime access and source code bundles — are generally non-refundable once the product has been accessed or delivered.
We will issue a refund for a one-time purchase only if:
- You contact us within 48 hours of purchase and the product access has not yet been activated on your TradingView account.
- There is a proven technical failure on our side that prevented delivery and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- You were charged an incorrect amount due to a pricing error on our Site.
03Crypto Payments (OxaPay)
Cryptocurrency payments are processed by OxaPay and are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. In the rare event that a refund is approved for a crypto purchase, we will issue a refund in equivalent USD value at the time of the original transaction — not at current market price. The refund will be issued as store credit or via an alternative payment method agreed with you.
04Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued where:
- You changed your mind after the product was delivered and accessible.
- The indicator did not perform to your trading expectations — our indicators are tools, not guarantees of profit.
- You no longer have a TradingView account or your TradingView plan changed.
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions.
- More than 7 days have passed since the disputed charge (for subscriptions) or 48 hours since purchase (for one-time products), unless there is an ongoing technical failure on our side.
05Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension of your account and revocation of all product access. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are responsive and will work to resolve genuine issues quickly.
06Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record)
Card and subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Approved refunds for card purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy and will appear on your statement as a Lemon Squeezy credit. Processing times are typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
07How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, email support@signalindicator.com with:
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your order number or the date of the charge.
- A brief description of the issue.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
