By accessing or using signalindicator.com("the Site") or purchasing any product from Signal Indicator, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or make a purchase.
02Products and Services
Signal Indicator sells TradingView Pine Script indicators as digital subscriptions and one-time purchases, delivered as invite-only script access on TradingView using the username you provide at checkout.
- Subscriptions — billed on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly). Access remains active while your subscription is paid and in good standing. Cancellation stops future renewals; access expires at the end of the current billing period.
- One-time purchases — grant lifetime access to the specific indicator or product purchased. Future updates are included unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Source code products — sold as-is for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the code.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Signal Indicator. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
04Payments and Pricing
- All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of checkout is the price you pay.
- Card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles all tax collection and compliance on our behalf.
- Cryptocurrency payments are processed by OxaPay. Crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain.
- Subscription renewals are charged automatically on the renewal date. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.
05Licence & Intellectual Property
On purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased indicator(s) on your own TradingView account for personal trading purposes only.
You may not copy, share, sublicense, resell, or distribute access to any Signal Indicator product; share your TradingView access with others; or reverse-engineer the indicator logic (except where source code is explicitly included in your purchase).
All content on the Site — including code, designs, text, and images — is the intellectual property of Signal Indicator and may not be reproduced without written permission.

09Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke product access immediately and without notice if you:
- Violate these Terms & Conditions.
- Share, redistribute, or resell indicator access.
- Engage in chargebacks or payment fraud.
- Abuse our support team or other users.
Termination for breach forfeits any right to a refund.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Indicator and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services — including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the three months preceding the claim.
11Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Signal Indicator is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
12Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
